Great-Grandchildren: Hudson & Barrett Carroll, Andrew Lynch, Owen & Audrey Miller, Cannon Rogers & Sila Snyder, and Many nieces and nephews near & dear to her heart. Mrs. Carroll Graduated in 1942 from St Joseph Academy in Cleveland OH and Married the love of her life, Neal Carroll in 1949 to whom she was married 42 years. Together they raised 6 children. She was best known for her many talents including being a master Bridge player, Opera lover, ice skater, Kuchen baker, and Jeopardy Champion She loved games such as Pictionary, Tripoli & Charades and made Delicious Dobos Tortes. Mrs. Carroll Loved to dance, especially with her husband Neal to the music of Glen Miller & Tommy Dorsey. She had Strong faith and nurtured that faith into each of her children. She loved attending Daily Mass and praying for her children. Mrs. Carroll loved watching Jeopardy and her skills were unmatched. She would even bring the Final Jeopardy to the dinner table for the family to try to guess the correct question followed by a report of her winnings total for that day's show. Saturday afternoons would be spent with the Live Opera Broadcasts playing on the radio at top volume, while Leone would craft her famous Kuchens in the kitchen. Thanksgiving dinners were large and memorable, not wanting any of her children to be elsewhere, Leone would invite everyone's in-laws and families to join together at her table. She spent many years as a volunteer delivering meals to patients at Jefferson Hospital in Jefferson Hills PA. She surprised her family with her ice skating talents at family outings. A true Fashion Diva, when her teenage niece's luggage was lost at her youngest son's wedding, Leone outfitted the young lady to her niece's utmost approval. She will be fondly remembered her by her grandchildren for her strong will, confidence and intelligence. A true inspiration!
